Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer consultant for a Brussels client. The role involves defining and improving business processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with Business and IT in Agile teams.

Candidate should have 2+ years of experience, strong process modelling skills, and fluency in French or Dutch along with English. The position involves 50% on-site Brussels and 50% remote work within a dynamic Transformation Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience.
• Proven track record in business and process analysis and change management.
• Fluent in French or Dutch; strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with process modelling tools and flow chart creation (mandatory).
• SharePoint experience (preferable).
• Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques (mandatory).
• Affinity with testing and preparing demos (mandatory).
• Mastery of risk management and control (mandatory).
• Payments knowledge is an asset (preferable).
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure and model.
• Efficient facilitator and communicator (oral and written).
• Ability to convince, influence, and negotiate.
• Driven and tenacious in finding creative solutions.
• Customer-oriented and committed to meeting expectations.
• Team player.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business subprocesses aligned with business architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Adjust and continuously improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to application changes, including testing and documentation.
• Monitor and assess processes using key indicators and customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Conduct analyses and studies related to process optimization.
• Communicate and liaise with all stakeholders, including operational teams, to ensure effective implementation.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for standardized implementation and incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection).
• Guide change management, ensuring customers and employees master new or changed processes and applications.
• Provide user support and follow-up after implementation.
• Collaborate with Business and IT partners during ideation phases to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs, align with strategy, and achieve efficiency and risk management objectives.
• Work within Agile teams, contributing to defining, building, testing, and implementing products or services within planned sprints.
• Organize work independently, estimate scope and complexity, and commit to sprint or trimester deliverables.
