Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is seeking a Digital Marketing Expert Retention to shape data-driven customer experiences that strengthen engagement, retention, and growth across our global Specialty Rental organization.

You will own the digital customer journey from onboarding through retention, enabling personalized and relevant interactions. Your work supports our marketing automation journey with Pardot/MCAE and partners across regions to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, MCAE, HubSpot, or similar solutions.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer value.
• Experience translating business needs into automated customer journeys and marketing processes.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analysis, and optimization.
• Experience collaborating across functions, countries, and stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Drive the rollout of data-driven marketing initiatives, including attribution and closed-loop reporting.
• Maximize the value of the marketing automation platform (Pardot/MCAE) by developing processes and optimizing lead management.
• Develop and manage the global campaign library, including engagement campaigns and ABM initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, communications, IT, and application owners for alignment and adoption.

Your role

To support our digital transformation journey, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert Retention to help create relevant, data-driven customer experiences that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and growth across our global Specialty Rental organization.

As Digital Marketing Expert Retention, you are responsible for the digital customer journey from onboarding to retention. You enable a relevant and data-driven customer experience with the objective to retain and expand existing customer accounts.

Your work will be essential in supporting the digital transformation of the Specialty Rental Division by growing opportunities through marketing automation.

You will:

• Manage customer retention campaigns and automated customer journeys, leveraging segmentation, personalization, data enrichment, and lead nurturing.
• Drive the rollout of data-driven marketing initiatives, including campaign attribution and closed-loop reporting to measure performance and guide future actions.
• Maximize the value of the marketing automation platform (Pardot/MCAE) by developing processes, supporting adoption, and optimizing lead management.
• Develop and manage the global campaign library, including engagement campaigns, storytelling content, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer experience flows.
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, sales teams, communications, IT stakeholders, and application owners to ensure alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between being on-site at our office in Boom and working remotely.
