Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Transformation Advisor for a consultancy mission on-site at a client. You will advance the digital prescription implementation strategy and integrate the Telemonitoring application into the Hub/Metahub ecosystem, while engaging with hospitals, providers and health sector stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have expert level in Business Transformation.
• Experience with government funding matters is required.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Knowledge of telemonitoring applications and hospital data flows.
• Understanding of the hospital landscape and healthcare ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine the implementation strategy for digital prescription and Telemonitoring integration.
• Maintain stakeholder relations across hospitals, telemonitoring providers, hubs and health sector actors.
• Monitor project planning, transition period, and defined tracks in the program.
• Manage stakeholders including government bodies, hospitals and umbrella organizations.
• Develop and execute a communication plan for diverse stakeholders.
