Keystone Solutions is seeking an ICT Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead a consultancy mission for a client in a complex, socially impactful setting. You will bridge business and IT, translate needs into scalable digital solutions, and own the product vision, roadmap, and value delivery for end users.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years as a business analyst in ICT
• Must have experience applying general business operations to ICT contexts
• Proven experience in BPM (business process management)
• Proven knowledge of agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven knowledge and experience with reporting (KPIs, dashboards)
• Willingness to sign client IT Code of Conduct and NDA
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level
• Experience in stakeholder management and change adoption is a plus
• Experience with integration topics, API architecture, UX/UI and GDPR in ICT is desirable

• Act as Product Owner in agile projects: manage backlog, priorities, and roadmap
• Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives
