ING Belgium NV/SA is seeking a Customer Journey Expert to shape the digital evolution of customer data processes within the Private Individual Onboarding Product of the Customer Data area in the Digital Business Banking tribe. You will design journeys, analyze needs, and collaborate with IT to deliver end-to-end solutions that keep the customer at heart.

The role requires 3–5 years in related fields, a university degree, and fluency in English with French or Dutch as a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree (required).
• 3–5 years experience in digitalization, business analysis, KYC, onboarding or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis and project delivery.
• Fluency in English; French or Dutch a plus.
• IT savviness and ability to interact with IT colleagues.
• Ability to organize work around team priorities.
• Can-do, proactive attitude with strong customer focus.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.

Responsabilités

• Design, monitor and improve customer journeys for managing data.
• Map customer journeys related to the management of their data.
• Analyze customers' needs and pain points related to data management.
• Formulate viable solutions to improve customer experience.
• Document and prepare training material and procedures for colleagues.
• Continuously improve journeys based on feedback and metrics.
• Deliver differentiating customer experiences.
• Contribute to implementation of journey initiatives, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with IT engineers as a squad.
• Validate solutions with end-to-end user tests and report issues.
• Support stakeholder engagement with actions, meetings and materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management procedures.
