Ariad is seeking a Digital Commerce & Content Specialist in Gent to manage webshop content and contribute to the structure and commercial optimization of pages, working closely with product marketing, CRM and design.

You will publish products with correct pricing and promotions, manage content across social channels, create newsletters, and analyze sales data to optimize online merchandising and content strategy using GA4 and SEO best practices.

About our role

As a Digital Commerce & Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing the outdoor living dreams of a fast-growing, family-oriented retailer to life. You'll manage the webshop's content and contribute to the structure and commercial optimization of key pages, while working closely with teams across product marketing, CRM, and design.

What you will be doing

• Managing webshop content and contributing to the structure and commercial optimization of pages such as the homepage, category pages, campaign pages and blog articles
• Ensuring products are published accurately and on time, with correct pricing, promotions and commercial copy, in close collaboration with the Product Marketing team
• Managing content publication across social media channels (including Facebook and Instagram) and helping develop strategies to grow the community and increase engagement
• Creating newsletters and other email campaigns based on input from colleagues, working closely with the CRM Lead
• Analyzing sales data and providing insights into category, brand and campaign performance to continuously optimize online merchandising and content strategy
• Applying SEO and GEO best practices while exploring new ways to improve visibility across search engines and AI-driven search experiences

What you bring

• A strong digital mindset with an eye for structure, detail and commercial results
• Experience working with CMS platforms and e-commerce systems; experience with headless CMS solutions is a plus
• A hands-on, operational approach combined with a critical and proactive mindset for suggesting improvements
• Accurate and independent working style, with a strong understanding of product information, promotions and deadlines
• Comfortable working with data (including GA4) and translating insights into actionable improvements
• A collaborative team player who works seamlessly with copywriters, designers, CRM and Product Marketing
