Nexeo is a consultancy supporting banking, finance and insurance. We are seeking an Expert Business Analyst to lead governance, risk coordination and stakeholder management across remediation projects in a multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder management and governance.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Financial Security, KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions or Compliance is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Office and Agile environments.

As an Expert Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Business Analysis & Risk Coordination

• Analyze, coordinate and monitor Financial Security risk items throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements related to remediation plans and governance activities.
• Assess impacts, dependencies and potential risks while ensuring timely escalation of critical issues.
• Ensure action plans address root causes and provide sustainable remediation solutions.
• Maintain complete traceability of requirements, decisions and supporting documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Business stakeholders, Risk Leads, Compliance teams, Subject Matter Experts and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders throughout each phase of the remediation lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and governance sessions to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities and deliverables.
• Challenge business requirements and remediation actions to ensure quality and long-term sustainability.

Governance & Compliance

• Contribute to governance activities and prepare reporting for management committees.
• Ensure deliverables comply with governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review remediation evidence and validate that business expectations are met.
• Maintain audit trails, documentation and SharePoint repositories up to date.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor KPIs, remediation progress and governance activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize coordination practices.
• Promote best practices in Business Analysis, governance and risk management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Financial Security.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder management and governance.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Financial Security, KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions or Compliance is a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with documentation, reporting and requirements traceability.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Office and Agile environments.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
