Capgemini Invent in Diegem, Belgium, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Strategic and Tech-driven Change Management within Workforce & Organization. You will drive end-to-end transformation across multi-country programs, shaping change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training plans for large-scale initiatives.

You will also act as an Offering Lead, driving business development, coaching teams, and representing Capgemini Invent as a thought leader in AI-driven change and human-centric

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of consulting experience.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with proficiency in the other language.
• PROSCI Change Practitioner certification or equivalent is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change for complex, multi-country programs across sectors.
• Design and oversee Change Strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans for large-scale transformations.
• Lead implementation plans, assess risks, and integrate AI, automation, and digital tools into organizational models.
