HumanInTech is seeking a CI/CD & DevOps professional to professionalise the CI/CD approach for a Belgian public-sector IT department. You will map, standardise and implement reusable tooling, while guiding teams through a structured transition and delivering documentation to monitor progress.

The role requires 3–5 years of CI/CD/DevOps experience, Docker, cloud automation (Azure/AWS) and ELK, with strong communication skills and Dutch or French language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading CI/CD implementations in complex environments.
• Minimum 3 years building CI/CD pipelines in DevOps teams.
• 2 years' experience in cloud automation (Azure and/or AWS).
• 3 years' experience with Docker.
• 1 year with ELK stack.
• SCA/SAST integration experience is a plus.
• Active knowledge of Dutch or French; English helpful.

Responsabilités

• Map existing CI/CD initiatives across the organisation.
• Define a CI/CD standard aligned with market standards and monitor it.
• Set up necessary reusable tooling.
• Develop an action plan with teams to ensure smooth transition.
• Create documentation on the standard and track progress.
• Guide development teams through the transition.
• Lead automation efforts and build automation environments and scripts.
• Communicate plans, issues, delays and risks to stakeholders.
