Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior DevOps engineer to maintain cloud infrastructure for large‑scale image processing and data analytics. The role focuses on Kubernetes and Linux, ensuring robust operations for both research and production workloads.

You will deploy software components in public cloud environments, resolve tickets via infrastructure as code, and diagnose issues with monitoring, logging and metrics while upholding security standards across the stack.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with cloud applications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in Agile and/or DevOps environments.
• Kubernetes experience and the ability to write Helm charts.
• Experience with Linux-native environments (CentOS, RedHat, Alma Linux).
• Experience with ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud cybersecurity best practices.
• Knowledge of Terraform, ArgoCD and Jenkins.
• A master's degree in applied IT, Industrial Sciences, IT or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication and self-organisation.
• Dutch, C2.
• English, C1.
