Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines across environments. You will work closely with development and operations teams, applying IaC, container orchestration, and strong scripting to ensure secure, reliable deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering scalable infrastructure across European projects within a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD, software delivery or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Practical experience with Git/version control, Docker and containerised applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform, Ansible or similar technologies.
• Good knowledge of Linux environments, cloud platforms and monitoring/logging solutions, with scripting experience in Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar.
• Experience integrating security and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines and supporting application deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with development, operations and other technical teams.
