Aikido-Security is seeking a hands-on Senior IT & Security professional to own and scale our global internal IT environment and roadmap. You will manage identity, devices, offices, and tooling while ensuring IT meets security and compliance requirements.

Lead IT governance, drive standardization, and automate processes as we scale. You’ll work across multiple offices and remote teams, delivering secure, scalable solutions with strong ownership and strategic direction.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in internal IT or IT operations, ideally in a SaaS company.
Strong hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management.
Experience owning internal IT across multiple offices and remote teams.
Good understanding of IT security, access control, and physical security.
Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
Able to set direction, challenge existing approaches, and independently drive secure and scalable solutions.
Being well structured and organized.

Responsabilités

Own and drive the internal IT roadmap, priorities, architecture, and standards.
Own identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
Own endpoint management, MDM, device compliance, and the global hardware lifecycle.
Define and maintain standards for workplace technology, physical security, and internal tooling.
Own IT-related compliance controls, risk management, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
Identify gaps, evaluate solutions, and automate internal IT and compliance processes as Aikido scales.
