Médiane Benelux is seeking a Design System Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced automotive systems. You will focus on electric machine systems, power electronics, and control architectures within a multidisciplinary team.

You will model requirements, analyze system interfaces, and translate customer needs into technical specifications, ensuring robust, compliant results throughout development and testing phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Professional experience in system engineering in automotive/mechatronic environments.
• Strong knowledge of electric machines, power electronics, and control systems.
• Experience with signal processing, data analysis, and system performance evaluation.
• Ability to work with complex multidisciplinary systems and communicate with stakeholders.
• Good command of English in professional settings.

Responsabilités

• Define and develop system requirements for mechatronic automotive applications.
• Contribute to design and integration of electric machine systems, power electronics, and control systems.
• Analyze system behaviour, interfaces, and functional interactions.
• Perform signal and data analysis to support development and validation.
• Translate customer requirements into technical system specifications.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, controls, testing, and validation teams.
• Identify risks, limitations, and potential design improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis during development and testing.
• Ensure system performance, robustness, and compliance with project requirements.
