Médiane Benelux seeks a System Integration Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for integrating mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems into cutting-edge transmission solutions. You will coordinate, validating and supporting the full product lifecycle, ensuring subsystem compatibility and performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with at least 3 years in automotive system integration, and is skilled in handling multidisciplinary interfaces,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems.
• Knowledge of system engineering tools and requirement management tools.
• Team-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the integration of subsystems (mechanical, electronic, and software) across development and production phases.
• Ensure subsystem compatibility and follow their product lifecycle.
• Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications.
• Develop a high-level technical overview for each transmission configuration and assess subsystem maturity.
• Lead integration planning, timelines, and risk assessments, and ensure alignment with testing teams.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with design, testing, and production teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Document and communicate integration status, issues, and resolutions.
• Contribute to the creation and release of technical product documentation.
