Cohabs seeks a Project & Coordination Intern to assist project teams in sourcing furniture, coordinating suppliers, and preparing houses for delivery. You’ll blend procurement, budget tracking, interior design, and hands-on coordination to bring Cohabs’ design vision into high-quality living spaces.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in a related field, with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, plus fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement of furniture and décor, track orders and supplier proposals.
• Coordinate on-site installations and ensure quality standards.
• Assist budget tracking and cost optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams on planning and execution.
• Contribute to interior styling aligned with Cohabs design standards.
• Identify process improvements in procurement and logistics.
