Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a design-focused intern to contribute to real client projects within the Accenture Song Design & Digital Products team. You will work across research, design, strategy and technology to explore opportunities and develop tangible concepts.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and get exposure to user research, prototyping and future service propositions while collaborating with designers, researchers and strategists to turn challenges into actionable solutions.

Eager to learn and explore new ideas, methods and tools.
Ability to turn research into tangible concepts and proposals.

Responsibilities

Support user, market and design research activities to understand users, disciplines and trends.
Conduct and analyse user interviews, usability tests, observations and surveys.
Translate research data into insights, personas, journeys and recommendations.
Contribute to customer journeys, service blueprints and experience concepts.
Help shape product and UX strategies, value propositions and roadmaps.
Create wireframes, prototypes and interface concepts, iterating with feedback.
Participate in co‑creation sessions, workshops and client meetings.
Explore business aspects like customer value and operating models.
Experiment with AI and emerging technologies to prototype new ideas.
