Job summary

Accenture Belgium invites an intern to join the Song Design & Digital Products team, a multidisciplinary group spanning design, technology, business and human needs.

You will contribute to research, concept development, prototyping and testing while collaborating with diverse profiles to discover where you want to deepen your expertise. This internship offers hands-on client projects and exposure to future service propositions, journeys and experiences.

Qualifications

• Currently studying in a relevant field such as product/UX design, service design, or digital strategy.
• Genuine interest in people, digital products and services, and how to create better experiences.
• Curious and analytical mindset; enjoys asking questions and solving problems.
• Willingness to explore new ideas, methods and technologies.
• Ability to visualize ideas through lightweight prototyping and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Support user, market and design research activities to understand users and trends.
• Help prepare, conduct and analyse user interviews, usability tests and surveys.
• Translate research data into insights, personas, journeys and design principles.
• Contribute to customer journeys, service blueprints and experience concepts.
• Help shape product and UX strategies, value propositions and roadmaps.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and interface concepts, iterating with feedback.
