Job summary

Vyntra is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist to turn marketing plans into effective digital campaigns. Working with Marketing and Sales, you will build, launch and manage campaigns using HubSpot to reach the right audiences, generate leads and advance prospects through the funnel.

This execution-focused role requires comfort with marketing technology, campaign performance analytics and turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in demand generation or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to translate metrics into improvements.
• Good professional English; French language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, landing pages and lead nurturing programmes.
• Manage campaign workflows, audience segmentation, contact lists and data quality within HubSpot.
• Coordinate campaign activity with Marketing, Sales and SDR teams, ensuring effective lead management and follow-up.
• Support event-related campaigns, including invitations, registrations and post-event communications.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as impressions, clicks, downloads, email open rates and conversions.
• Track leads through the marketing and sales funnel, including MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities.
• Create CRM reports, analyse results and recommend improvements to campaign performance.
