JINGDONG Logistics is hiring at our Belgium site to support daily delivery station operations. You will lead a team of associates, sorters, or drivers, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. Weekend shifts may be required, and basic computer skills with handheld scanners are needed.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.

• Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
