Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager in Belgium to drive network KPI targets and budget objectives. You will influence senior stakeholders and work with central teams to implement optimisations, experiments, and crisis responses across the delivery network.

The role requires strong data analysis, a quantitative background, and the ability to translate large datasets into actionable improvements while maintaining high service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in quantitative fields (e.g., Business, Engineering, Statistics).
• 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for network outcomes such as on-time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders and courier rejections.
• Own budget accountability and drive delivery network cost optimisation (e.g., cost per order, onboarding costs).
• Implement and maintain configurations in collaboration with central teams.
• Propose and lead network experiments with central analytics/optimisation teams.
• Crisis management support for business continuity.
