Accenture Belgium is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to drive large-scale Employee Benefits and Group Insurance transformations for major insurers and employers. You will combine deep industry expertise with strong delivery leadership to optimize operations, modernize platforms, and deliver value across business and technology teams.
You will lead complex programs, advise executives on strategic roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, and build high-performing teams across locations.

- Seasoned delivery leader with deep Employee Benefits and Group Insurance domain experience.
- Proven track record delivering large transformation programs (core platform modernization, digital and data initiatives).
- Strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management experience.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex Employee Benefits and Group Insurance transformation programs from strategy through implementation and delivery.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on pension reform, digital transformation, customer experience, and platform modernization.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and quality.
- Manage program financials, governance, risk, and delivery profitability (P&L responsibility).
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, product, and operations.
- Support modernizing legacy platforms and implementing innovative digital solutions.
- Collaborate with client executives to define strategic roadmaps and operating models.
- Lead steering committees and governance forums ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and market development.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex Employee Benefits transformation programs, combining deep industry expertise with strong leadership and delivery excellence.
- Lead complex Employee Benefits and Group Insurance transformation programs from strategy through implementation and delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them navigate challenges related to pension reform, digital transformation, customer experience, operational excellence, and platform modernization.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams while ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage program financials, commercial performance, governance, risk management, and overall delivery profitability (P&L responsibility).
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, product, and operations functions.
- Deliver transformation initiatives across key Employee Benefits domains including:
- Group Life Insurance
- Supplementary Pensions
- Disability & Income Protection
- Health & Hospitalization Benefits
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Employer & Broker Services
- Digital Customer and Employer Portals
- Benefits Operations & Claims
- Support insurers and Employee Benefits providers in modernizing legacy platforms, optimizing operational processes, and implementing innovative digital solutions.
- Collaborate with client executives to define strategic roadmaps and future operating models.
- Lead steering committees and executive governance forums, ensuring transparency, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, client pursuits, account growth initiatives, and thought leadership activities.
- Support the continued growth of Accenture's Employee Benefits and Insurance practice through capability building, coaching, recruitment, and market development.
We're looking for a seasoned delivery leader who combines deep Employee Benefits expertise with a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programs.
- 10+ years of experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives within the Employee Benefits and Group Insurance domain.
- Strong expertise in:
- Group Insurance
- Supplementary Pensions
- Life Insurance
- Disability & Income Protection
- Health & Hospitalization Benefits
- Employer‑Sponsored Benefit Programs
- Proven experience delivering large transformation initiatives involving:
- Core platform modernization
- Digital transformation
- Customer and employer experience transformation
- Operations optimization
- Data and AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits operating models, administration processes, broker ecosystems, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing large programs with responsibility for planning, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading distributed delivery teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern technology delivery practices.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development, client growth, and practice building.
- Excellent communication skills in English with a good command of Dutch and/or French.
