Qualifications

• 8+ years of project leadership and managing large multidisciplinary teams.

• 5+ years of expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex environments.
• Experience in Business Process Reengineering and operational optimization.
• Proven track record in Change Management and organizational transformation.
• Knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and application lifecycle management.
• Budget and capacity management experience in public administration.
• Diplomacy and mediation skills in senior stakeholder contexts.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch with working English.

Responsibilities

• Federate multiple agile squads around a common vision to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.
• Foster team autonomy through servant leadership, providing clear frameworks and guiding squads toward higher maturity levels.
• Coordinate global planning and manage inter-team dependencies while transparently arbitrating priorities.
• Identify and remove organizational roadblocks by facilitating collaboration between business units, IT, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project change requests, financial budgeting, and regular progress reporting to senior management.
• Oversee supplier relationships and performance, treating external vendors as strategic partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project leadership and managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• 8+ years of experience in complex stakeholder management within large-scale digitalization projects.
• 5+ years of expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery in complex environments.
• Extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering and operational optimization.
