TEKsystems in Belgium seeks a Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of technology services across multiple client engagements. You will coordinate stakeholders, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure engagements run smoothly and meet objectives.

With 2-5+ years of experience in technology delivery, you will handle governance, reporting, risk tracking, and customer relationship management, while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex delivery across multiple client engagements.
• Strong understanding of IT environments, SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, customers, and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements.
• Monitor progress, governance, risks, and reporting; manage financial performance and customer relationships.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, facilitate issue resolution, and maintain project documentation; identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
