• Experience implementing ITSM processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT governance and control frameworks.
• Knowledge of GDPR, MiFID II, and DORA regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for business applications.
• Coordinate IT service delivery across incidents, changes, releases, and performance.
• Oversee Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Manage external suppliers, including SLAs, contracts, costs and quality.
• Facilitate collaboration between local business, international IT teams and partners.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with IT governance.
