Wlgroup in Belgium is looking for a proactive professional for a long‑term engagement that relocates to the United States with NATO-5 visa support. You will identify emerging technologies, assemble and interpret research, and produce deliverables to enable technology advantages for defence programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years acquiring, assembling and interpreting research and technology information.
• Knowledge of national science and technology sources.
• Experience judging how future technology applies in a military environment.
• Analytical mindset for technology documentation and practical adoption examples.
• Proficiency with office tools and open-source research.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Identify new emerging technologies and catalog existing ones.
• Produce deliverables that develop the technology advantage enabler.
• Analyse how it supports each named line of development.
• Update the vision documents for a single shared understanding.
• Prepare the first draft of the action plan.
• Support the definition of initial and full operating capability.
• Build the community of interest and stakeholder engagement.
• Report progress against the action plan to the project manager and sponsor.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / ICT / engineering or related discipline
