Wlgroup is seeking a qualified professional to relocate to Norfolk, Virginia, USA, to contribute to a defence technology initiative. The role focuses on identifying emerging technologies, documenting plans, and engaging stakeholders to build a shared understanding and actionable roadmaps.

You will develop deliverables, analyze technology applicability for military contexts, and support operating capabilities while reporting to the project manager and sponsor. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/ICT/engineering or related discipline.
• At least two years acquiring and interpreting research and technology information.
• Knowledge of national science and technology sources.
• Experience judging how future technology applies in a military environment.
• Ability to work analytically on technology documentation and build adoption examples.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Identifying new emerging technologies and cataloguing the existing ones.
• Producing deliverables that develop the technology advantage enabler.
• Analysing how it supports each named line of development.
• Updating vision documents for shared understanding.
• Preparing the first draft of the action plan.
• Supporting the definition of initial and full operating capability.
• Building a community of interest and stakeholder engagement.
• Reporting progress against the action plan to the project manager and sponsor.
