Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking junior consultants for our Deal & Valuation department in Battice. You will contribute to transaction services, valuation and information memo preparation, and support due diligence projects for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• University background in finance or business economics.
• Excellent knowledge of French.
• Advanced working knowledge of English and German; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Prior traineeship in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Target’s financial statements for due diligence, valuation or information memo prep.
• Prepare Q&A for Target’s management.
• Research potential acquisition targets for vendor mandates.
• Research industry information to support Information Memorandum.
• Draft reports for due diligence, valuation or Information Memorandum.
