Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Deal Sourcing Partner AI, Healthcare & MedTech based in Belgium. You will leverage your network to identify high-potential opportunities with financing or strategic capital needs of €2M+ and introduce key decision-makers to advisory teams.

As an independent partner, you will pursue mandates in fundraising, M&A, and strategic advisory, building a long-term sector partnership across Healthcare and MedTech with flexible remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in deal sourcing, equity sales, business development, fundraising, M&A, investment, corporate finance, or advisory.
• Active, verifiable network within Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Diagnostics, or Medical Devices.
• Proven track record of originating or supporting transactions and capital raises.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential AI, Healthcare, MedTech companies with financing or strategic capital needs (≥€2M).
• Leverage a strong network to generate qualified deal opportunities and warm introductions to founders, CEOs, CFOs, investors.
• Collaborate with advisory and capital-raising teams to build a robust deal pipeline and secure mandates.
