Harmoney in Ghent is seeking a Data Engineer to own, scale and evolve our data warehouse and BI ecosystem, delivering actionable analytics to internal teams and customers.

You’ll work with dbt, SQL, Git and Docker, build dashboards in Superset and Power BI, and partner with cross‑functional teams to turn questions into reliable data solutions. Fluent English and Dutch are valued for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in data engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
• Proficient with data warehousing, data pipelines, queuing systems and BI.
• Experience with dbt, SQL, Git and Docker.

Responsabilités

• Own the Harmoney data warehouse, from data queues through transformation to analysis.
• Build and extend our transformation layer in dbt and SQL.
• Build BI dashboards in Superset and Power BI for internal teams and external customers.
• Deliver analytics that matter, such as capacity planning for our customers and automated billing for internal use.
• Safeguard data quality, so numbers are correct across the board.
• Partner with teams across Harmoney to translate questions into reliable data solutions.
