Rhox is seeking a Senior Data Visualisation Specialist to turn data into clear dashboards and reports for decision-making. You’ll shape reporting from stakeholder needs and data preparation through delivery, using Tableau, SAP Business Objects and SAS Enterprise Guide.

You will coach junior specialists, promote data governance and work in a multicultural team across Belgium. Fluency in Dutch, French and English at C1 level is required; a Master’s in a quantitative field helps.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant data analytics and visualisation experience.
• Banking and project management experience.
• Strong data preparation and dashboard design skills.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, data marts, extraction and preparation processes, and data strategy.
• Understanding of data governance and security rules.
• Experience with Tableau, SAP Business Objects, SAS Enterprise Guide, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Experience in Agile projects and digital environments, with an Agile mindset and T-shaped capabilities.
• Clear communication and influencing skills, strong analysis and synthesis, and a proactive, autonomous approach.
• A team-oriented, committed and persistent approach, with the ability to work in multicultural settings.
• Dutch, French and English at C1 level.
• A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, or another academic background with substantial analytics knowledge.
