Everience seeks a Data Reporting & Visualization Specialist to design, develop, and optimize reporting and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role bridges technical data teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data into dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling.

You will understand stakeholder needs, gather requirements, prepare data for visualization, and manage dashboards through their lifecycle, ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Visualization.
• Dashboard design and data storytelling expertise.
• Ability to prepare and structure data for reporting and visualization.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and data preparation processes.
• Knowledge of data governance and security principles.
• Understanding of data strategy concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Prior experience in Banking and/or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather business requirements and translate them into prototypes and fully developed dashboards.
• Collect, assemble, and prepare data for visualization purposes.
• Develop, maintain, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards and reports across their full lifecycle.
• Ensure reporting solutions follow governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build sustainable and scalable data solutions.
• Promote consistency, reusability, and alignment with data strategy initiatives.
• Implement and advocate reporting and visualization best practices.
• Coach junior Data Visualization Specialists
• Document solutions and train users on reporting and visualization tools

We are looking for a Data Reporting & Visualization Specialist to support the design, development, and optimization of reporting and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

The role acts as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into clear, impactful, and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience:

• SAS Enterprise Guide

• Certifications in SAS EG, SAP, Tableau, or related technologies are considered a plus
