Keystone Solutions seeks a Data Visualization Specialist to design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards for client engagements on-site and remotely. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders, ensuring governance and security standards are upheld.

Work closely with Data Engineers, coach junior specialists, and promote best practices in reporting. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, with 3–5 years of analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or related analytics field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics & Visualization.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Experience with Tableau, SAP BO, SAS EG; Excel/PowerPoint familiarity.
• Governance and security rules knowledge; data concepts needed.

Mission Overview:

The Data Visualisation Specialist consultancy mission offers the opportunity to work on-site at the client, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical data teams and business units to ensure data-driven decisions are clear, accessible, and impactful.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and visualisations that support strategic and operational decision-making, adhering to compliance, data governance, and security standards.
• Support internal customers by realizing various data reporting and visualization projects, including understanding and identifying stakeholder needs, capturing requirements, and translating them into prototypes and full dashboards.
• Collect and assemble data to support prototyping of visualizations with customers.
• Develop, update, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards/reports, respecting data and reporting governance guidelines.
• Strive for optimal solutions in the development and automation of reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to create sustainable data solutions and evolve existing ones in line with new needs, promoting reuse and consistency.
• Set up, advocate, and implement reporting and visualization best practices according to defined guidelines and standards.
• Coach junior Data Visualization Specialists.
• Act as guardian and ambassador of governance practices.
• Document and train users on maximizing different tools.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers for delivery of solid, industrialized, and governed final data structures, guaranteeing traceability, consistency, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• At least a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, economics) or substantial analytics knowledge from another academic background.
• Certification in SAS EG, SAP, Tableau, or related technologies is a plus.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics & Visualization.
• Technical skills: Ability to prepare data for visualization, build clear stories for decision making, visualize data, design dashboards, knowledge of data concepts (DataWarehouses, DataMarts, extraction/preparation), understanding governance and security rules, knowledge of data strategy, experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Tableau, SAP Business Objects, SAS Enterprise Guide.
• Preferable: Python, Power BI.
• Business experience: Prior experience in Banking, Data Analytics, Project Management, ability to work interactively (Agile), digital environment, T-shaping capabilities, Agile mindset.
• Soft skills: Team player, quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, good communication and influencing skills, good analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, commitment, perseverance, ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
