Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain business-critical systems in regulated environments.
• Perform data validations, system checks, and basic SQL investigations.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and support resolutions.
• Execute projects interfacing with MES/MOM technologies.
• Analyze applications to support enhancements and issue resolution.
• Work within change management procedures.
• Monitor and investigate data and system-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for performance.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Proactively pursue process improvements and efficiency.
• Work independently while managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain business-critical systems and operational processes within a regulated environment
• Perform data validations, system checks, and basic SQL-based investigations as required
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and support problem resolution activities
• Execute projects interfacing with other MES/MOM technologies
• Analyse existing applications and processes to support enhancements and issue resolution
• Work within established change management procedures
• Monitor and investigate data and system-related issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for effective system performance
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and process updates
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency
• Work independently while effectively managing priorities

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch language skills
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or ICT, or equivalent knowledge through experience
• Willingness to work on-site at the customer location
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements is a plus
• Experience in MOM/MES applications or AVEVA PI is not required but a plus
• Knowledge in development technologies is not required but is a plus
• Understanding automation systems (DCS, PLC's SCADA and Batch Execution systems) is not required but a plus
• In possession of a valid driver’s license
• European citizen or valid long-term European work and stay permit
