Datashift is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead our data science focus area and guide teams in delivering impactful data science solutions for clients. You will combine business acumen with technical insight to drive innovation and client value.

You will lead growth, engage with stakeholders, and own project outcomes while fostering a collaborative culture and representing the company’s data science vision.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in data & analytics with leadership.
• Experience in building or growing business (services, teams, products).
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, and professional English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the data science focus area and shape its growth and strategic direction.
• Engage with clients to translate challenges into data science solutions.
• Own project outcomes, ensuring quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
• Assess technical deliverables and value of approaches without building every model.
• Inspire and support the team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Represent Datashift’s data science vision internally and externally.
