Datashift is seeking a Senior Data Quality Consultant to lead data quality initiatives end-to-end for our clients in Belgium. You will translate business challenges into data quality strategies and ensure adoption across business and technical teams.

You will guide implementation of data quality rules, controls and monitoring, work hands-on with SQL and data tooling, and act as the trusted advisor to clients while coaching junior colleagues in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in data-related roles (data quality, data governance, data engineering, data management)
• Proven experience leading data quality initiatives in client-facing environments
• Experience working across business and technical domains
• Experience with data quality tooling (Collibra, Soda, Great Expectations) and familiarity with data governance tooling
• Ability to guide implementation without needing to be the primary developer
• Strong stakeholder management skills, strong communication skills
• Able to balance strategy with execution.

For one of our fast growing practices, we are looking for a Senior Data Quality Consultant.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior data quality consultant who can lead data quality initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will play a key role in shaping data quality strategies, driving implementation and ensuring adoption across both business and technical teams at our clients.

This role requires a strong balance between hands‑on data expertise, stakeholder leadership and consultancy maturity. You will guide clients in embedding data quality into their data platforms, processes and organizational way of working.

Client delivery:

• Lead data quality engagements from assessment to implementation and adoption
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on data quality topics
