Expleo Group is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join its Belgium team. You will analyze requests from the ticketing system, understand business needs, and translate them into structured specifications while designing and improving reports using Qlik Sense and Excel (Power Query).

You will validate ERP data, ensure alignment with business processes, and train Key Users. Proficiency in French and business English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and data modeling capability.
• Experience with Qlik Sense and Excel-based reporting.
• Fluent in French; business English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requests from the ticketing system
• Understand business needs and evaluate requests
• Document requirements in the form of structured specifications
• Design and develop reports (Qlik Sense, Excel, Excel via Power Query)
• Adapt and improve existing reports
• Identify and propose alternative solutions in the event of limitations
• Validate the consistency of data from the ERP and other systems
• Ensure alignment with current business processes
• Train and support Key Users
• Document reports and their use
• Communicate updates and changes
• Provide functional support and propose corrective actions
