Expleo Belgium in Charleroi is seeking an experienced BI/Reporting Analyst to translate requests into structured specifications and to build reports using Qlik Sense and Excel Power Query. The role involves validating ERP data, aligning with business processes, and supporting continuous reporting improvements.

You will train Key Users, document report usage, and communicate updates to stakeholders while contributing to data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and reporting across business units.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured specifications.
• Strong understanding of data structures and data navigation.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requests from the ticketing system.
• Understand business needs and evaluate requests.
• Document requirements in the form of structured specifications.
• Design and develop reports (Qlik Sense, Excel, Excel via Power Query).
• Adapt and improve existing reports.
• Identify and propose alternative solutions in case of limitations.
• Validate data consistency from ERP and other systems.
• Ensure alignment with current business processes.
• Train and support Key Users.
• Document reports and their use.
• Communicate updates and changes.
• Provide functional support and propose corrective actions.
