Itproposal is seeking an experienced Data Program Manager to develop and implement a data management strategy aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on data architecture, governance, data products, and enabling self-service capabilities across the organization.

Based in Brussels, Belgium, the start date is 3 September 2026 for a 6-month engagement. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design scalable data architectures, and drive the rollout of the data strategy with training

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data program or project management.
• Strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and governance.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data governance tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is a plus.
• Understanding of data science and machine learning is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
