g2 Recruitment is seeking a Data Architect for an on-site/hybrid role with a Brussels-based non-profit client. You will help move from fragmented data models to a unified data model and governance framework, with a data lakehouse being developed for reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, strong data modeling and architecture skills, and a track record guiding DB modernization. Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in data architecture or modeling.
• Strong data modeling and architecture experience.
• Experience guiding modernization of DB environments.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English speaking required; Brussels hybrid work.

Data Architect On-Site

For a Non-Profit Client of ours based in Brussels, we are actively searching for a Data Consultant to provide their expertise on a project.

The organisation is a non-profit managing programmes across multiple countries. They're moving away from separate data models and systems across programmes towards a common data model and governance framework, with a data lakehouse also being developed for reporting.

They are looking for someone with the below criteria

• 6 years+ of relevant experience
• Strong Data Modeling/Architecture experience
• Prior experience in guiding organizations through modernization of DB environment
• SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• English speaking
• Able to work hybrid in Brussels
