team.blue is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to develop and maintain our central data ecosystem across 60+ brands. You will build, scale, and govern high-value data products that serve as the single source of truth for the group, powering BI, AI, and operational efficiency.

You will lead ETL/ELT pipelines, design secure data architectures, and collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to meet complex business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering or data management.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
• A demonstrable history of deploying stable, high-performance data solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver scalable data products providing a unified source of truth across 60+ brands.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Lead secure, cost-efficient data architectures with best practices in data modeling and observability.
• Implement data governance, lineage tracking, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Tune data platforms for peak performance, including indexing and schema evolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
