team.blue is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain its central data platform for the customer domain. You will build scalable data products that serve as the single source of truth across 60+ sub-brands and feed BI and AI initiatives.

You will lead architectural decisions, optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, and establish governance and metadata practices while mentoring engineers in a fast-growing multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering or data management.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, STEM, or a related quantitative field.
• Track record deploying high-performance data solutions that drive measurable value.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver scalable data products providing a unified source of truth across a multi-brand ecosystem.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for massive data volumes and low latency.
• Lead secure, cost-efficient data architectures and establish data modeling best practices.
• Implement data governance, lineage tracking and metadata management.
• Collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Tune pipelines for performance, focusing on indexing and schema evolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
