Job summary

ING Belgium is seeking a Data Manager to own and evolve the Building Intelligence Team's data backbone, analytics data model, BI roadmap, predictive models and AI use-case portfolio. You will ensure data governance, trusted data and scalable analytics across the organization.

You will bridge business stakeholders and data solutions, translating needs into KPIs, dashboards and insights, while driving self-service analytics adoption and continuous improvement within the BEE domain.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into KPIs, dashboards and reports.
• Ability to design and govern data models, definitions and standards.
• Strong collaboration across data owners, analysts and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the BI roadmap, KPI framework and Power BI dashboard portfolio.
• Develop predictive models, AI use cases and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, governance and end-to-end lineage across data assets.
• Drive adoption of analytics products and measure business value.
