Extra Shop, a fast-growing Belgian retailer, is seeking a Data & Integration Engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines and to connect our Business Central ERP with the WMS. You will enable better data use and drive automation across stores.

You will work with Python and SQL, explore AI-enabled tools, and partner with business teams to translate needs into pragmatic technical solutions. A builder mindset, autonomy and the ability to productionize solutions are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data engineering, integration or development.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/retail environments.
• Strong problem-solving and production-ready mindset.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
• Experience using AI for coding, debugging and prototyping.
• Able to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in at least two of French, Dutch, and English.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain reliable data pipelines.
• Develop integrations between Business Central ERP and WMS.
