Lighthouse is seeking a Data Engineering Manager in Belgium to lead a team responsible for end-to-end data domains within a large-scale ingestion and transformation platform. You will unify hotel data into a semantic layer and deliver data products powering hotels worldwide.

The role blends strong technical leadership with people management, requires expertise in ETL/ELT, streaming/batch pipelines, cloud data stacks, and Python.

• Identify and deliver improvements in data quality, system reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, support and business teams.
