The role blends strong technical leadership with people management, requires expertise in ETL/ELT, streaming/batch pipelines, cloud data stacks, and Python.

Experienced people leader with a track record of managing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a data engineering team responsible for end-to-end data domains.
Oversee ingestion and transformation pipelines handling large data streams.
Drive architecture, design, implementation, and scaling of streaming and batch pipelines.
Champion an AI-first development culture within the engineering team.
Identify and deliver improvements in data quality, system reliability, and observability.
Collaborate with product, engineering, support and business teams.
