BearingPoint is seeking a Data Governance Expert to partner with international clients and shape how data drives business value. You will define governance frameworks, embed operating models, and guide transformation projects that deliver measurable results.

Fluent English plus French or Dutch is required; experience with governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, etc.) is a plus. The role offers growth, collaboration across teams, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French or/and Dutch.
• Experience in defining and implementing data management frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance architecture definition and implementation.
• Experience with business process design & modelling.
• Experience with metadata integration, data quality, data profiling, and metadata management.
• Experience of data models, data structure, data workflows.
• Proficient with tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Data Galaxy, Magnitude, Talend, Alation, IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog or related.
• Understanding of data strategy challenges and BI/Data warehousing concepts.
• Interest in Next Gen Data Management and GDPR impact on data management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills towards (non)technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and rational thinking; team player oriented to customer success.

• As a Data Governance Expert, engage with clients to develop a data-driven culture and enable them to deliver business value based on data.
• Provide processes, methods, and tools to manage data assets and embed operating models to support data governance transformation projects.
