Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Governance Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will represent Keystone Solutions and contribute expertise across data governance, quality, and regulatory activities in a dynamic client environment.

The role involves leading a team of data governance professionals, establishing enterprise data governance frameworks, and partnering with senior management to steer data policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• PhD is an advantage.
• Strong analytics background encouraged for other degrees.

Responsibilities

• Define the mission, objectives, and strategy of the stream you are responsible for.
• Lead a team of data governance experts and/or data quality analysts to achieve stream objectives.
• Manage, together with other CoE managers and Senior Management, all organization-wide data governance, quality, and regulations activities.
• Establish and ensure adherence to enterprise data governance, quality, modeling, and regulation frameworks for data policies, standards, and practices at the data, business, and tribe level to achieve the required level of data quality, integrity, protection, and compliance with regulation.
• Serve as a point of escalation for governance, quality, integrity, protection, and data compliance issues.
• Work closely with Business and Functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets.

Mission Context:

The Center of Excellence for Data Governance focuses on several complementary streams: Enterprise Data Modelling, Data Regulatory and Privacy, Data Governance tools, and Data Quality.

Responsibilities:

• Define the mission, objectives, and strategy of the stream you are responsible for.
• Lead a team of data governance experts and/or data quality analysts to achieve stream objectives.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch
• French
• English (Fluent) and Dutch or French

Education:

• At least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering (a PhD is considered an advantage).
• Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
