Keyrus is looking for a Data Governance Consultant in Brussels to develop data solutions for clients. In this role, you will manage projects in Data Governance and support clients' data strategies.

Keyrus—Data Governance & Data Management Consultant

We are a global consultancy that develops data and digital solutions for performance management. We seek a Data Governance Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technology and support clients in their Data Governance & Data Management journey.

Your Role

As a Data Governance Consultant, you will handle projects of varying complexity, from maturity assessments and scoping studies to long‑term initiatives and solution implementations in Data Governance, Analytics Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality. You will also participate in business development and the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Understand strategic goals and the value of data for the client.
• Work with senior colleagues to deliver value to customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Data Governance practice and keep it tuned with market trends (e.g., unstructured data, cloud, data privacy).
• Pre‑sales activities such as proposal writing, preparing business cases, and organising demos.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, economics, management, data management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Data Governance / Data Management domain.
• Analytical, creative thinker with a commercial and customer‑centric mindset.
• Knowledge of Data Governance tools (Data Catalogs, Business Glossaries) and frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Experience in business development and proposal writing.
• Familiarity with DAMA‑DMBOK.
• English plus Dutch or French.
