Rhox is seeking a data functional analyst to convert business needs into data models and specifications for data warehouse projects. You will work with business experts to design Kimball-based models and validate them with data architects, while ensuring GDPR and security compliance.

You will translate requirements into technical specs, test data products, and train users to drive adoption. Strong communication and multilingual skills are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data functional analysis.
• Kimball data warehouse modelling experience.
• MS on-premise stack: SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI.
• Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• English, B2; Dutch, B2+; French, B2+.
• Experience as data engineer and Azure Databricks are nice to have (optional).

We're looking for a data functional analyst to turn business needs into data models and specifications. You'll work with business experts on data warehouse developments using Kimball modelling and the MS on-premise stack.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and validate conceptual and logical data models with data architects.
• Check GDPR and security compliance with the data protection officer.
• Test developed data products.
• Train business users to support adoption.

What you bring

• At least five years of experience in data functional analysis.
• Practical experience in data warehouse modelling using the Kimball approach.
• At least three years with the MS on-premise stack: SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI.
• A master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• English, B2.
• Dutch, B2+.
• French, B2+.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a data engineer.
• Experience with Azure Databricks.
