Lighthouse is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for end-to-end data ingestion and transformation across multiple domains. You will unify global hospitality data into a strategic semantic layer and guide pipelines that power real-time decision making for hotels worldwide.

You will combine hands-on data engineering expertise with strong leadership to mentor engineers, architect scalable pipelines, and drive AI-first innovations across the platform.

Qualifications

• Leads engineering teams with a track record of coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on data engineering background with ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines.
• Proficient in Python for large-scale data processing and pipeline development.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of data engineers across data domains.
• Own end-to-end data ingestion, transformations, and the semantic layer.
• Architect, implement, and scale streaming and batch pipelines for large data volumes.
• Embed AI-first approaches and collaborate with product and other teams.
• Drive data quality, observability, and system reliability.
