Bizzy is building an AI Sales OS and is hiring a Data Engineer in Ghent with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. You will own data pipelines, connect diverse data sources, and help shape data infrastructure in a fast-growing startup.

We value hands-on experience with Python/SQL, cloud platforms, and a bias for action. You will work with senior engineers, explore AI-enhanced data processing, and contribute to scalable, reliable data solutions across Europe.

Formación

• Around 3 years of experience in data engineering or related data-focused role.
• Strong foundations in Python and SQL with production pipelines.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data reliability.
• Experience on at least one cloud platform (Google Cloud a plus).
• Interest in AI/ML to improve data processes and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain data pipelines alongside senior engineers.
• Integrate diverse data sources into a unified stream of insights.
• Write tests, checks and monitoring to ensure data reliability.
• Influence data infrastructure decisions and support leadership.
• Automate monitoring and data transformation tasks.
• Explore how AI/ML can enhance pipelines and quality.
• Learn from peers through code reviews and pairing.
